Australasian FPT Announces Strategic Acquisition and Founder Transition

Australasian FPT today announced the successful sale of the business to an industry competitor, marking the completion of a strategic acquisition that consolidates capabilities and expands service delivery within the sector.

Founded to address specific operational and technical gaps in the market, Australasian FPT grew through a focus on execution, systems reliability, and long-term client outcomes. The acquisition reflects the strength of the company’s platform, client relationships, and operating model, and positions the acquiring business to scale those capabilities further.

As part of the transaction, the executive team will transition out of day-to-day operations following a structured handover period.

Following the sale, our founders are planning for future systems and platforms that will continue our legacy of technological and business innovation, a digital services and infrastructure studio focused on platform delivery, managed systems, and long-term digital operations for growth-stage businesses in Australia and South East Asia.

Australasian FPT will continue operating under the new ownership after a grace period to allow onboarding of existing clients under a unified company division.
